30ml sugar syrup 1:1**

30ml lemon juice

3x slices fresh pineapple

Pineapple wedge – garnish

Method:

Muddle pineapple with all the ingredients in the shaker then ice and shake

0r add all the ingredients into a blender without ice and mix well

Fine strain into the low tumbler glass with ice

Garnish with a pineapple wedge
*Bell camomile: brew 2 tea bags per 100ml water
**Sugar syrup: 1-part sugar with 1-part hot water
