Add Bell mint, matcha powder and honey into a shaker or blender tin and mix well

If you don’t have a shaker or blender, no worries – build ingredients into a tumbler glass and make sure to stir well to dissolve the matcha.

Add oat mylk and ice then shake or blend without ice

Fine strain into highball tumbler filled with ice

Garnish with mint sprig
*Bell mint: brew 2 tea bags per 100ml water
